Misfire in cylinders 1&2
Just got an 08 impreza, started throwing P0301 & P0302 code right after I drove it off the lot. Just had timing and head gaskets replaced. The lot is working with me to fix it, but was looking for outside input.
Shows repeat send of fault code when rpms are around 3500 in second and third, and sometimes first.

Start with spark plugs and coils. I know it isn't subaru but when I had a 2013 VW CC I was having the same missfires on new spark plugs. Turned out I didn't gap them correctly for my tune (silly me). I went ahead and got new spark plugs and gapped them to the tuners specifications and codes were gone.

i have an 09 thats doing the same thing, very frutrating. try spark plugs and coil packs, then check fuel injectors or even fuel filter. also make sure maf sensor is ok and theres no vacuum leaks (lol so much).
