Default Videos from the track

Here are some videos from the track I took. I think there is one in there of nano vs tusin.

All of these are wmv files, fairly small.

That's what I'm saying, you just sit there and spin. Your tires that is. Can I do some runs at the track?

Nice vids. Glad they're small. You know Dial-up. I like the vids that have the vantage point on the other side of the port-a-potty.

Yeah, you know us we're full of jokes.

Ohhh yeh. Winslow. I might pick up a "Mid-Pipe" Back Exhaust up from Eero instead of the Cat-Back for now. And then get a TDi Mid-pipe later to replace my mid-pipe. It looks really nice. And It will be about $100.00 cheaper cause I wont have to get anything shipped. We will see tho. With the Mid-Pipe Back I dont even think you need to cut anything off, so it will be like a 30minute install. (Hint!).

Tusin,

The exhaust is so easy to install. I'll help you out if need it.
I would like to do a run with you 1.8T. I'm curious about this wheel hop and tire spinning problem that your having.

Wink

yeah, I saw your car launch when you were racing Paul, it looked as if you got a good launch then your tires start spinning.
What was the best time you made that day?

I can't quite make out the time that was posted in that vid.

Does anyone have any idea how to transfer 8mm video into a computer for editing? Maybe transfer is to another digital camera?

Alright Blacknight, I will keep you in mind. I am sure from the Mid-Pipe back it will be super easy. And it is not really a "problem" that I am having. Its just with all the Torque I have it just makes it a real pain to launch. Winslow tried acouple of times while we were messing around town with MRX7, and he was getting wheel hop too (Even tho his first time doing it was 100times better then me doing it, lol). Like I have said, it is just 90% Driver (Me) inexperiance. I will get it down tho.

And my Best time was a 14.8 and that was with a 2.458 60'. And spinning almost all the way through second.

And yeh you can throw 8mm into your computer. So many differnt ways. If the Camera Supports Fire-Wire then you have that option. If not you can get a A/V IN Box for you computer and setup like that and those are realitvly cheap. If you want some specifics IM me.

It's not me it's Ilir. Give him a call. I'll PM his number. That car has way too much torque. Gotta Luv Da Dubs.

Yeah, I've got a AV in card for my computer, just rebuilt the whole thing though and haven't plugged it back in... If someone wants to borrow it I could probably find all the wires, otherwise I might get some initiative and reinstall it to mine...
