Default OBSTI question

Forgive me if this is the wrong sub...

I am presently looking at a 2004 outback sport with a v5 v6 ej207 sti motor from 99. The car seems to pull hard, but there is hard knocking from the rear at low speed. It does have v8 sti struts and cobb springs, so i am hoping its just the famous sti strut knock and not the differential.

However, it also seems to sit uneven by about one finger in the rear, could this be an incorrectly installed swaybar/endlinks or could it have to do with the struts? Its lower on the driver side by about .5"

The guys said it was cobb outback sport springs, however cobb doesnt make obs springs for that year.

ANY info or opinions are greatly appreciated. Guy is asking 6500. no AC.
