Default 2.2t or 2.5 STI Motor

Looking to get 500whp+ on race fuel. 450 will be nice for daily driving. I have a Gt35r with a .63 ar side. TurboXs Utec and fuel to support what i'm looking to do. Just blew up my 2.0L back in Jan. Please help.

Folks will suggest opposite directions. My vote if for quicker spool via more displacement. 2.5L

If you don't mind spending the cash, you can bore & sleeve the EJ22T to 2.5L and have a crazy strong 2.5L motor.

The 2.5 sti block will be more likely to split the sleeve if your tune is not perfect at those HP levels.
We build those fully closed deck 2.35 strokers often ( just finished 2).
I don't personaly think the spooling is an issue with a 2.35.
I have a decent supply of 2.2t blocks at the moment.
Our next build is a sleeved 2.5 full closed deck short block.
