Easygo 08+ Impreza push to start kit
Easygo installed.
http://easygosystem.com/features.php Here are some images and video. Working closely with the manufacturer to get this installed, tested, and retail ready. This is not a plug and play system. This shown has some improvements that do not come with the system out of the box.

What improvements did you make (what functions/pieces didn't come with the kit)?
Do the doors unlock when you walk up to the car? Is there any way to avoid the button on the door handle? And how hard was the install? |

Cool system. I like that it will be factory integrated.

The doors do not unlock when you walk up. You can choose not to install the handle. It is a system that needs to be installed by a tech with knowledge of ECM and BCM functions. So I would say expert install level. |

Does this require the key to be installed in the ignition?

This is tied into your ECU and BCM through the can bus. This has a built in alarm with shock sensor. Passive lock option (walk away from vehicle and auto arms/locks) Auto locks when you start and drive away. Remote start/kill Keyless entry Optional window roll up and mirror fold |

This is exactly what I want, it blows the advanced keys kit out of the water. At least on paper. Glad I didn't install the kit I bought last week. I'll be emailing the manufacter later today.

I have had a lot of questions about swapping the Red STI button also. You can wire up the button but it voids the warranty and may conflict with module. Plus the Easygo button has a built in sensor in the case your key battery dies you can hold the key to the button and it will start the vehicle. It is not OEM but integrates nicely with the vehicle |

from what i can tell that is not the case with this set up. AK is a full keyless and touchless set up. there are features of this is i like though. the window roll up and stuff, but all that can be gotten with the AK kit as well as an add on and still likely less money than this kit... i want more details. |

honestly with kids the ability to walk up and have your car unlock all 4 doors is priceless for me.

um...the STi button is $180 on that site. just the kit is $349 with their button, and the EG kit is $600 with their button. the difference is you can use the STi button with the AK kit and have an OEM seemless looking install. |
