Question Front O2 sensor replacement Question

OK I've been getting a CEL lately:

P0130: Front oxygen (A/F) sensor circuit range/performance problem (lean)

At first I thought it was the cat inefficacy code due to my Random Tec Cat. But that would be the rear sensor. My question is this. I'm gonna get under there and make sure the harness plug is in nicely to the front sensor, if it is I plan on replacing the front sensor. My local Autozone can get me two types of replacements. Universal by Bosch or an OEM one. They have the Bosch in stock. Can I use this one? Has anyone tried a Bosch? Can I just plug it in the existing harness or do I have to do some wiring? I've done a search and became more confused.

Thanks in advance.

This is for a 1999 RS BTW
