Wow those are busy logs with lots of shifts and knocking. Some of your selected parameters are redundant. Simplify everything and log just these for starters: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...3&postcount=52
Can you do just a 3rd gear pull only? Start a wot run in third just above 2,000 rpm and hold until just below redline. What mods do you have and who tuned your car? |

I suspect that you have an intake tract leak somewhere. You IAM is reduced to 13 and should be 16 and your still getting knock. If you have romraider can you use the Learning View utility and get a screenshot of the stored fuel trims and FLKC?
If you don't have the tool let me know and I'll find you the download link. http://www.romraider.com/forum/topic2772.html download at the bottom of first post. |

Got it. Your fuel trims don't look too bad. You've got and assortment of fine knock learning though with some cells pulling timing and you can see where it's adding back. DAM is still reduced too ....Somethings going on triggering knock or even noise that you car thinks is knock.

So should i keep looking for an air leak post MAF? I had it on a lift and noticed a possible rattling heat shield on the downpipe and noticed a crack in a particular spot. I then removed the craked bracket which i believe was rattling due to engine vibration. Would i benefit from an ecu reset?

The car honestly feels like its running slightly lean. Also after pulling the spark plugs they were indicative of a lean condition. i changed the fuel filter already and noticed a problem with the car smelling of un-burned fuel on cold days generally a few minutes after startup.

I wouldn't reset ecu just yet. You car reducing IAM (I said DAM in previous post) is there to protect your motor along with the Fine Knock Learning Corrections. Your car will increase IAM on it's own along with adding timing back through FLKC when it gets the all clear from your knock sensor. If you suspect it is leaning out then do a boost leak test:
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=2205161 I use the quick and dirty method but I make sure that I keep my pressure down to less than 10 psi. EDIT: or find a friend with a tester. The other option is to take it to a shop and have them do it. |

i have an exhaust system coming in... I wanted to do some logs before i flash a stage 2 map. i hear these 02s are able to get an exhaust on them and drive without needing an ecu tune. Anyway having the catted uppipe makes me weary seeing as the car has a little over 140k on it. I may run the stock rom on it with the exhaust system to see if it will get rid of the noise.

I'd get rid of the upipe cat too. They can do very bad things to your turbo if they ever break up.
