The audio is one of the last pieces of the puzzle in the interior. There are a couple more things in the works from JPM Coachworks that will reveal themselves later but almost every inch of the car has been touched. Also, as this is my "ultimate daily"...the audio is a huge deal as it is something that directly effects me while driving. I have always been into high end audio whether it be in a car or house... |

I Beam Rods Ported Heads Valves Cams Rotated Manifold Larger Turbo Larger Fuel System E85 Tune 6 Speed/Built 5 Speed Rear Diff/Axles/Driveshaft DCCD Haha. I'm just joking. Your current motor/turbo/fuel/tranny is pretty well matched for each other. Going for more power would require re-vamping pretty much all of it, and would likely reduce the day-to-day convenience and longevity of components. |

Quick question regarding the front lip, did you need to drill any holes into the bumper for the lip install or did you just use the existing holes?

So we got the fiberglass portion of the trunk work completed yesterday.
As some of you already know...when it has to do anything with my interior, I enlist the help of my friends over at JPM Coachworks. They just hired on a new employee that used to do fiberglass work on hotrods, so it was the perfect opportunity for me to see how it is done correctly and plan out how the trunk is going to flow with the rest of the interior they have done in my car. Tape Stage Foil Stage Cutting and Templating the Kyntex Laying down the 2nd layer (1st layer of Kyntex) Letting it cure... Now I need to get to work on the wood and laying the rest of the system out. I also got done with half of the RCA's (with the help from Alex at JPM as we sat catching up over a beer). |

LOVE the car. One question tho... why no rear mud flaps? I apologize if this has been asked in the past. It doesn't look bad or anything in fact I haven't noticed for the longest time.

I absolutely hate the way mud flaps look on cars. That said...the only way to really protect the sides of the car on mountain runs and track days with 255 or larger tires is to run flaps in the front. They don't stick out too much which is a good thing. Mud flaps in the rear look like trucker flaps to me.

Can't agree more but rally armor won't sell them separate unless you have already bought a set which is preposterous!!

Haven't checked this out since the new paint job. Subtle but beautiful. I still think the biggest thing that stands out to me is the silver brembos with black sticker. I want to repaint my stock black STI's so bad. I just don't have the testiculars to mess with them.
Love the direction you are taking. Glad she is put back together proper after the accident. |
