My friend lives near 100 st in Manhattan and he pays $5 a day to a man who seats all day on the chear next to his car. I don't know what job that guy has or what arangement my friend has for a night. But I saw that guy with my own eyes.
I guees $95 /night from GS show was sheer advertisemnt from him and a way to make extra cash since list of his audiences droping
