is the 16G-XT based on the regular 16G or the evo3 16G?
also how many lb/min does the compressor push out? and i assume its tdo5 and 7cm? how has spool up and power been like on the test cars so far? Last edited by fl4tsc; 05-29-2010 at 12:46 AM. |

bump for answers to this.. was about to order the small 16g from blouch, but also noticed a key point above.. these INCLUDE the ported turbine housing.. that would make the small 16g $745... and an unported evo3-16g is $895.. so ya, definitely interested in this 16g-xt, especially how it compares to the small and evo3...

i heard its full boost around ~3600-4000 depending on mods. i think it was 42lb/m but its gonna move a lot more cfm at lower boost then any stock turbo. its best used from ~18-24 psi for top efficiency if my info is right. dont hold me to that i didnt talk to blouch directly.

blouch said, "Spool up with the billet is the same as the old evo3-16G, some said 100-200rpm faster."
so pretty damn good spool up for a 42lb/min wheel. |
