EDIT: Oh wait, it only opens properly on phones. I'm starting to regret reading this. So, conclusion. Basically everyone in that thread is acting like a redneck moron. I've got nothing against a Tiburon; if you've put money in to it, it can be as nice/fast/whatever as anything else. But god damn that guy's an idiot. Not wanting to drive the car in the rain? Haha.... I think my favourite part though is when the truck guy calls the Hyundai a "jap trap", it's Korean, you idiot. Last edited by evilspoons; 10-01-2012 at 10:57 AM. |

Well this happened in my work van and not my suby but figured I'd share it with you guys bcuz I thought it was funny.
Driving in my work van in NYC today. Stopped at a red light. About 3 seconds after I stopped I heard a SOLID THUD in the back of the van. Turns out, I was rear ended by a bicyclist! Who later apologized after being dazed and looking a little confused as to what just happened, said and I quote "Sorry...I don't know...brakes stopped working". And rode off. This was probably the best part of my day |

Thats awsome lol. I have a similar story with a guy on rollerblades.
I was cruising down the road in seaside (yes jersey shore seaside) looking for a parking spot. Found one checked my mirrors looked around and the went pull in it when all of a sudden i hear a thump and see this guy go flying over the hood. Naturally I just about freaked out. I get out of the car and run over to the guy who is standing there by the time i get to him with blood pouring down his leg. I tell him to sit down so he doesnt fall and ask if hes ok and he says he is fine and apologizes for hitting my car. Evidently he had been swerving in and out between cars and thats why I didnt see him. So at this point we are checking out the car and amazingly there no damage. All that happened to the car is the mirror went into fold position. So the dude apologizes again and asks if its ok for him to go since theres no damage. Now of course the guys got blood all over his leg and its still bleeding pretty good. So I ask if I can at least give him a ride where he was going if not to the hospital because he should prolly get the leg checked out. His response "oh nah that cuts from last night. Its just reopened but its really not as bad as it looks". So I ask how he did it in the first place and the guy tells me " actually I kinda did the same thing last night. I think i am just gonna quit rollerblading. I evidently am not very good at it" |

Forgot about this one till I just saw a slammed 350Z. Between my work's office and the motor pool is a dirt field. There's some nice sized rocks sticking up too, nothing my car won't clear with ease though. Apparently some retard in a slammed VW or Honda hatchback decided he would follow me through it. He nailed a chunk of concrete that sits maybe 2 or 3" out of the ground. Shattered his oil pan and set off his airbag. Judging by the length of the oil trail, he didn't stop right away, or he was going that fast.
