Stock header, 91 octane, 21 PSI - numbers and,, more importantly power band seems good considering those factors.

I wonder if there is any different between this and the DSM 6266...

Buddy of mine is pushing just below 700whp on a built 2.0 so this seems really low... I mean he is running E85 and 35-40psi but still.

Will be awaiting q16 results!

Agree with this...

To the statement of comparing WRONG! Wasn't comparing the cars just the turbo and setups. Don't go jumping the gun and putting words in my mouth now haha.

As stated I would like to see the other results since I haven't seen many people run the 6266 on a Suby.

I think that he was saying you were comparing 21PSI to 40PSI. Which is mind boggling.

As I said before, for this fuel and boost level these numbers and the curve is nice.

I didn't see a reason to push the car on 91 oct since we already hit What Chris wanted. IDC is around 75-78% on 91, we should be good to up the fuel pressure a little on race gas and go from there. I would like to take boost to 30 ish but I will see if the power gains show it's worth the heat etc.

The PTE6266 is a nice turbo but as stated before the thing is only good once your pushing the boost past 25psi..more like 28psi tho...and you should check into porting your heads a bit to open the air flow up.

Nice car nice plot, Im sure it pulls hard on the street.

whats the FP on the aeromotive with 91? what u setting it at with c16?

Base Pressure is at 46-48 prob go up to 50-53 only if the IDC get a little to high.
On boost you have to take into consideration that are atmospheric pressure is at best 12.4 usually around 12.1 so at 26ish psi he will be in the sweet spot of the comp map

well this turbo was awesome tell somthing happend and it drained my oil pan in less then 30 miles not really sure what happend there is no shaft play at all in the turbo but i ended up buying a gtx 30r so i can actully spool before 5k the car was bad ass just want it to spool faster so it will be fun on the streets.... and some how my car wont go into reveres so i took the trans 2 a shop and all the plastic tabs on the shift forks are gone and the forks had nice marks in it from the hubb ridding on the aluminium and my reveres syncro was all rounded off and all the bearings in the trans had bluing on them not really sure what happend but the shop said it was from resting my hand on the shifter...lol but its only a 3k fix and i get all new parts besides the shafts and 4th gear ahhahaha
