It's happened to me as well, but it hasn't effected the bulbs yet. Plus, when it does happen, it goes away pretty quickly, as others have stated.

Kinda what i figured, you have some nasty glare. If you take a shot from 20ft it will look much worse. I would hate to be in front of you.

Retrofit some hid projectors.

You're probably better off putting the stock ones back in. I doubt you will have a better output than stock. And you could end up blinding someone then they crash into you and blame you for it hahah.

Notice the haha? I was probably joking about the last part. Regardless of people flashing the photo still shows a lot of glare which is rude to other drivers. People with your mentality don't make it very far.

+1
I did my Kelvins 6k and I get lots of compliments. I have never been flashed either with tons of night driving in Jersey and Pa. My 2012 wrx has 11k miles already.

When HIDs were first introduced in the late 90's they were on cars with a reflective housing actually. With the stock projectors on the WRX, they take aftermarket HIDs pretty well. Haha I think very few people would stand back and be like "looks like butt..too many "hot spots"

People with your elitist attitudes don't either.

Sorry if I came off as an elitist. I see these pictures and immediately get the same feeling when I see some asshat with blinding headlights.

I honestly think people don't flash anymore because it is becoming the norm.

Haha, what do I care what Lexus, Audi, or Mercedes owners think. 6k look just about white. Why all the hate? Looks better than stock and projects well IMO

Btw The limited trim HIDs look exactly like the ones I have in. So what do you suggest Sir?

Better off getting H9 bulbs and using a dremmel to make them fit H11 sockets. Much, much more visibility than stock, $15-20 total, and won't blind people.

They look the same but they dont' perform the same. The limited's look like your 6k's because of the clear lens and the color flicker but produce way more lumens then your 6k which is just color.
