Do you work for the media? Lol you quoted me and made it sound like that I said front plates are not required in your state when what I really said was IF they drilled holes and (if) front plates are not required...

No it's cool I was just like wtf?? Lol anyways if my state didn't require a front plate and the dealer took it upon themselves to drill holes in my bumper prior to me taking delivery on a $20k+ BRAND NEW car...you'd bet your ass they would fix that bumper for me, guaranteed!!!

Front plates are required in CA. When I bought my lexus the dealer had me sign a waiver stating that I didnt want them to drill holes in the bumper for the license plate but I guess Subaru dealers in Ca at least the ones I went to when i was shopping for the car just drilled holes in the bumper instead of installing the license plate holder.

Well for me, if a front plate was required then I wouldn't mind as much the extraneous holes being there because the plate would hide them once I installed the proper bracket from Subaru

Thanks to another forum member with a sport limited, who did not care for the wheels that came with the car, I was able to trade mine from my Limited sedan for his. Straight even trade and we're both VERY happy. I really like the way the wheels look especially with the dark tint. Why Subaru didn't offer them, even as an option for the sedan is beyond me, I think they look great!

Thanks and I agree completely! I knew they would and I'm glad I found someone who wanted to swap.

Great, I agree the sport wheels look sharp. I couldn't see them on an STi', but they do look sharp with the Sport Packaged Impreza!

I personally am more of a fan of the limited wheels on the ISM sedan, but the sport wheels look pretty good! Just curious, did you trade the tires as well?

Yeah we just swapped the whole assemblies over, no breaking down tires and re-mounting and balancing. Doesn't really make sense because they're the exact same tires.

The Sage Green is depicted here much more accurately than the sample on Cars101. This week I am adding Silver side molding (not available in Sage Green).

Pre-ordered 10/15/11 and picked it up 12/23/11 from Goldstein Subaru. Attempted to preorder with Carbone Subaru but they were clueless so my friend and I both bought from Goldstein and both liked the deal.

New picture with the side moldings:

Sage green is Great Color Like it!

The sport wheels looks great on the sedan and to think they are just old outback wheels that they coated at the factory

Got a chance to install the front underspoilers and STI 19mm rsb before watching the Niners lose today

Installation on both was a breeze, even the wifey notice the difference in handling with the beefier sway bar.
