Has anyone done the rear stripe in white on a white car?

Red stripes on blue looks pretty good too. I was debating between red and blue and choose blue because I think blue would have match better on the front since there is nothing with red color in the front.

I like the blue on blue. I think color matching the stripe with the paint is a very subtle nice looking addition

I liked the white grill stripe I added, but the blue badge was a little out of place. So I ordered some emblem overlays from cruxmotorsports (http://www.cruxmotorsports.com/index...&product_id=50). For 17 bucks shipped I think they look pretty good and match the color scheme pretty well(which is black/white). Just wanted to let people see this in case they were thinking of doing the same ....

Yes, really. I got mine in the mail and the holes don't match up. I was assuming it would use the existing holes where the plate would mount so I'm wondering if they sent me the wrong one or what.

OK so I called Subtle Solutions and this is the deal in case you were wondering...

Apparently there are holes in addition to the factory squared-off ones with the plastic sinks in the font bumber extrusion. These additional holes come untapped from the factory, but most dealerships and states that use front plates tap the holes for advertisement/license plates (which leaves ugly holes when removed). Since I live in PA, where we don't use front plates, those additional holes were never tapped and I was unaware they existed...this would explain my confusion when the plate cover holes did not match up!

The guy from Subtle was very cool about it, and explained it to me since I am apparently not the only person who had this issue. They are in the process of making one to match the factory squared-off holes so they will cover my return shipping and give me a credit to use when that version comes out in a couple months.

Anything to avoid drilling into my Scooby!
