Surprisingly, sherwin williams has an automotive paints department. Not sure if they carry the WRB color that the OP is asking for, but I wouldn't be surprised.

I got three cans of JBP 14L for about $21. Go to a Sherwin Williams automotive dept and they'll mix up the right proportions for your wrb and match it perfectly. He even wiped on and off of the actual paint to show it matched.

+1 for sherwin williams

Some napa stores mix paint too. I payed $24 for 2 spray cans and they even threw in the paint they mixed that wouldn't fit in the second can for free.
