Default Ecu Pulling 10% Fuel. (-10)

Okay, so here is the question. Could someone please explain how this works... If I had a leak at either the 90 degree elbow off the turbo or any piping on the turbo to the bov, would that cause the !important to experience rich conditions and consequently cause the ecu to pull fuel? So it is pre turbo leak causes to run rich and ecu pulls fuel & post turbo causes car to run lean and ecu adds fuel? How does this work? LOL... Sorry for noob questions. Still learning alot

Why don't you tell us what the actual symptoms are instead of presenting a hypothetical scenario

Okay. So here we go. The last time I got a learning view on my car it was pulling 10% fuel... Actually was -10% learned at 40+...... Any ideas? Car has massive loss of power and not boosting normal. My target boost is 20psi but I'm normally only getting to around 15 unless I really really throttle the car and let it run WOT for more than I'd like. The spool is also quite a bit slower....
