Kind of surprised. Seems a bit large of a turbo choice if focused on autox like you mentioned. For alaska autox I personally would have gone with something smaller. Though because you're moving to the states, I suppose their larger courses could make more use out it. Seen some pull good numbers in autox with it on a 2.5.

When you leaving state anyways?

This turbo would be good for track days.

I'm moving in early September. This build was focused on me moving down south. Everything like the V-mount, oil cooler, manifold spacers, injectors, fuel pump, ect was chosen with AZ in mind. It's set up for the lower 48s 100mph+ auto-Xs. I will have a little something special to help get the turbo spooling faster too though.

What's nice is that you'll have plenty of access to E85 as well down there, though gotta really start pushing fuel with big injectors and pumps. I like Arizona, would like to move there but the job market is pretty poor. Lots of people don't like the heat but honestly I'd rather be sweating my balls off than freezing my balls off

Have fun at UTI man, my instructor really pushed me to go there but I saw how it took a toll on Jerry with Subaru. Sometimes you just want to keep things a hobby but I think you'll really enjoy it. What field did you decide to focus on while there? If I recall you got to choose but it's been so many years.

I'm set up for E85. 1000cc injectors with a 416LPH fuel pump. I'm going for auto/diesel.

Ok so I got a little ahead of myself with the engine bay. I forgot to do updates on the V-mount so here we go.

Radiator mount.

Support bar.

Radiator installed.

V-mount!!!!

In my earlier posts you can see where I painted the brackets and radiator.

Bought and mounted fans that would fit the Vmount brackets.

I made my intake out of a 4" 45 degree aluminum pipe and painted wrinkle red.

Ok so the next step in the wire tuck I had to do was relocate and extend the fuse box and alternator wire.

I started by stripping off all the electrical tape ect to get to the bear wires.

Next I cut and marked the wires that went to the lights, horns, ect to the fuse box. (there are to be extended)

Then I ran the fuse box and alternator wire back through to the interior. Next I just extended the wires so I can keep the fuse box in the dash.

Then I just buttoned everything back up.

Started to hang and plug in the rest of the wire harness.

Wired the wiper motor.

Installed my Crawford AOS and Group N Pitch Stop Mount.

Deleted the AC box so I had to make an adapter for the blower.

After putting the grill on I realized that the LEGASTi on the intercooler was way to low.

So I repainted higher.

All back together.
