why are you selling your Stance suspensions? Going with a different Mfg? I just received my GR+ today. Your review from earlier this year is what persuaded me to try them.

Why couldn't this thread no have been listed LAST week , great prices!

Bump for you

Haha, I'm going to go with aluminum +pro's so I can sag the front to make it sit a little lower than is capable with the +'s. I would love to rock the +3's but it's just too much adjustment for me.

ah, nice. yeah, I was affraid the +3's would take me a year to fiine tune on my own. Nice move going with aluminum. These are some heavy shocks! I hope the performance compensates......

Trust me, it does! The shock pistons are big, that's why the coilovers are so fat. But that also leads to more precise damping. Just get a good alignment. (I was running -2 in front, -1.5 in the rear) and it makes a world of difference. Around 6-8 stiffness makes the ride comfort comparable to stock STi (a little better because the damping matches the spring rates). STANCE is redesigning the front camber plates so you can run more camber up front. With the new camber plates, I'll probably running more aggressive camber (thinking -3 up front, -2 in the rear). Match them with good sways (I have Whiteline 27 up front, 24 in the rear) and in high speed sweepers, the car is unbelievable. The lateral g's start to get high enough that my neck starts to bend! This is on Hankook R-S2 street tires.

yeah I am running -1.8 front -1.5 rear right now along with Whiteline 27 front and 26 rear. I think I will go a bit more agressive as well with my next alignment and corner weighting.

awesome. you won't be disappointed with the coilovers. how aggressive are you going to set the damping? right now mine's at 10, awesome for the track, but i'm probably going to dial it back to 6 or 7 for the street.

Not sure yet, as I have to install them and drive a bit to see how the f/r bias will be, given the corner weights of the car. I will probably be 4-7 overall for the street(driving two small children around) unless I can go higher w/out experiencing any adverse rebound on the bumpy streets, and 10 or higher for the track.

guys better grab at these deals here. These are great prices on this stuff!!

I would buy one of the sets from you if I did not already have one, but I would have had a difficult time choosing which one of yours to buy. They're both great deals

bump for ya, and enjoy your new set up. Aluminum shocks......yummmy...

GR+ Pros are excellent. I've ridden in cars with Megans and Tein Flexes and they don't compare to Stance IMO. Both are harsh and don't seem to have much travel at the same damping levels. The only differences between the + and +Pro is that the Pro's have helper springs so you can droop main spring to lower the car more without sacrificing travel and I believe the damping knob is at the top, not the bottom, but I could be wrong on that one, I'll find out as the coilovers are still at Stance HQ, I'm just trying to help them sell them.
