Default UP and DP install, car messed up bad!!

Alrdy had the DP on before, took it off to install UP... got everything installed.. i also have AP w/ stg2 loaded.

The car revvs fine, i didnt take it more than 5krpm but it hit it fine, no issues. Once i start puttin a load on it tho (driving) it wont go past 2krpm and it sounds like the ECU is purposely holding it back (popping sound). going up slight hills it died twice once i let off the gas, i was lucky to get it back in the garage.

Just to note... Had lots o trouble puttin the IC back on, maybe something there? Pretty sure its on all the way... also the battery died cuz i had music goin for 6 hrs (dumbass, i know)
all plugs plugged in (O2 sensor on DP and in manifold, also the sensor on the airbox) all screws/bolts on tight... was kinda hoping ECU just needed a hard reset or a learning session or summ...

any ideas? thanks!

If I had to guess, he didn't plug his MAF sensor in, and also didn't have the lower "y" pipe properly attached to the turbo. Causing huge Vaccum/boost leaks.

The OP is a dink for not giving us the reason...what's the point of creating a thread looking for help if you aren't willing to leave the answer for posterity? Selfish jerk...
