Nice graph, and certainly another 114-116 mph car if the tranny can hold. Ed, what are your experiences with tgv deletes with the sti turbos. Have any A-B comparisons? It seems none of the competing stock turbo STi's have them. Just by the graph I'm assuming they would not even be worth it.

They were probably not worth it to be honest. But I got a killer deal so thats the only reason I went with them.

Hold on.... That's not even 300whp. I mean no disrepect, but I thought a VF39 on a 2.5L with your mods listed should put you at least at 300whp as the VF39 is very similar to the VF48 which is putting 2.5L guys at and over 300hp at the wheels. Maybe the VF48 truly is closer to being an 18G.

What pump gas were you tuned at?

it's a dyno..who cares about #'s as they can be diff from day to day car to car dyno to dyno.

he needs to hit the track and see what it does..this will really show the power of the car.

eiter way i bet it's fun to drive!

I plan to try to hit the track next week to see if I can be consistant in the 12s. I will be sure to post up results

Also as far as i know, Eds road dyno software reads similar to lower reading mustang dynos. But numbers aren't everything

Different dyno's, different gas . My software reads quite low.

Stock STI's put down 215-225whp

270-280whp - 107-109mph traps
290-300whp - 110-112mph traps
320-330whp - 115-116mph traps
380-390whp - 120-121mph traps

These are all proven numbers in STI's.

Thanks
-- Ed

Every tuner has their preferences... weather it be an MBC, EBC, Stock Solenoid, low reading dyno, high reading dyno, no correction factor, high correction factor, etc
