Default Any fabricators in Socal?

I want to have a custom fmic done for my rotated gt35r twin scroll setup. It will either be ic piping for my existing Turbo xs fmic core or a completely new fmic using a Spearco or Garrett core. Pm me to discuss options.

Does a bear go in the woods?

I apologize for being useless, but it is a pretty ridiculous question.

You mean Synapse engineering? Anyone else in Socal? I asked garage gt but they wanted like $1500 just for ic piping and I have the turboxs core. Turboxs has a rotated pipe kit for $320 but I still have to modify it.

Here's a pic with the 2.5i manifold on the motor and twin scroll gt35r kit:

There is a huuuuuggee price difference between the cost of a mass produced kit - and completely custom tubing.. It's a lot of work..

What's the best way to brace the up pipe to support the weight? Weld a brace to the T4 flange or under the piping itself? There's a bolt right at the passenger side of the tranny bell housing that the oem brace bolts on to. Up pipe is made of 321ss, header is made of 304ss.

^^^ use the flange. Piping will crack, it's under enough stress.

I'm having Kenny AKA gmrsti fabricate my ic piping. He has a bracket that bolts onto the block but it needs to be braced to the up pipe. I'll ask if it could be done at the flange.

hello, i think you misunderstood the pricing. $1500 is with core, +$250 for powdercoating option. Piping will cost you anywhere from $400-750 depending on how much of the old piping is asked to be used..

is there a list of fabricators for socal?

it would make it easier for quick look ups.
maybe a display of some work on that list too.
