The questions you should be asking here are bolt pattern (5x100) & offset (48-53)

I know the 18X7 Tantrums come in a 5X100 bolt pattern with a +45mm offset. I think they will fit, but they will track more due to the offset being 10mm different than stock. Not sure about the 17's tho.
