I'm looking for the creator of the AWD Mafia sticker. I have created my own sticker and would like to start selling them, But I don't want to start any controversy with the original creator. Whoever you are, please shoot me a pm

If you created your own sticker, why would you start controversy with another creator?

Post up your sticker

im guessing he doesnt want to piss off the guy who originally started the club/group, because he made his own sticker. i say forget about it and post that sticker up.

Hmm, Philly to AC?

Philly=1 hour
AC=35 minutes.
Kinda out of the way
I'd probably go anyway.

out of the way for cheesesteaks + modded subis and so much win? Plus then you get a 45 min cruise to AC with over 50 cars and only a 35 min ride home. Or you can meet us there. Or not. Not sure you're awdm material....

That looks remarkably like you flipped the W over. and that's about it. Then again unless you start from scratch there isn't much else to do.
From a design side, that space between the D and the M annoys me a lot. You should push back the bottom of the D or something to keep the italic theme going without a giant gaping space up top. Just doesn't look right to me.

Yeah I know exactly what you mean. I'm free right now and for the rest of the night so I guess I'll fire up PS and play around with it.

If you made it from scratch then who cares. Look at rotas and all the other knock off products in the world today.

Yea but he isn't producing this to undercut or copy anyone. He's just making a design.
I work with the idea that you take feedback and make changes if needed as you go.
I just gave my opinion and he said he might work on it, so mission accomplished as far as i'm concerned.

You want to be using Illustrator, not Photoshop. Most sign shops will need vector artwork to make decals. I hope at least the Photoshop file you're working is larger than 72 dpi.

I like the new one more without the gap. Now it looks like something that would replace the "oem type" vinyl sticker on the back if it was printed a similar size.
I like when the design doesn't stand out and you don't notice it at first, but if gaugeof12 prefers it the other way, that's fine too.

*edit* another idea is use the de-gapped AWDM and then the "bar text" verison of "all wheel drive mafia" in the one above^^^ acting like a bold underline. (preferably so that the height of the bar balances with the width of the letters)

It does look better with out the gap. Looking for a suitable font that would work now.

Sounds good, and also, I'm not sure what size to make them. I was thinking about a little smaller than the size of a dollar bill

Not the only thing I'm worried about is whether or not its going to be too hard to read on a window since its now going to take the color of whatever is behind it.
