UPDATE: I traded you Injen intake for a stock and it fixed my misfire issues. As soon as I installed in the oem intake I now notice I have a boost leak and the noise coincides when the turbo is under load. Is it maybe the turbo intake? Little stumped on this. Didn't hear the noise with the Injen intake and it is a very loud noise.

It is quite possible it's an Ignition issue. You should check your Coil Packs and Spark Plugs.

most likley a coil. happened on my vw and chevy when the coil went bad, the moisture will get into the crack of a bad/cracked coil and cause issues when raining. find the bad coil by removing and inspecting, or buy a good one and swap until issue goes away.

There is no actual way to "check" the coil packs unless there is significant visual damage or you can swap to a different cylinder. Do the codes only show up when it rains? Sorry if its in the op then I missed it.

Might seem a little far fetched but maybe an ecu problem? Seems like too many codes come up that don't effect each other. Really hope someone chimes in with experience with your issue. Possibly swap with a buddies ecu? Wouldn't hurt to rule it out.

Also how about the ones under the intercooler for the trans and rear o2 sensor it would make sense that when it rains it's going in the hood scoop thru the intercooler and right on them. Also see if a wire has rubbed thru, a lot of sensors could be on the same ground circuit.

Did you check under the intercooler on the trans where the harness attaches there?

I checked the maf sensor and it seamed dry and clean. It may have dried quickly after it had rained. I checked the morning after the issue had began. I originally had this problem after the car had set for about eight hours during my shift and it had snowed about two inches. When I started the car up it would rev high and then die. Did this three times until I gave it some gas and that kept it running.
Not sure if this is any help.......... |

So do you still have the issue or is there something to resolve it?

Talking with subaru they think it is a maf sensor. Any thoughts? I wouldn't think this would cause misfires.
