Oh no, I have my Cobb cable I just want to flash and then start tweaking some of the stage 2 maps out there. I would like to get the Tactrix cable first, then unmarry, then sell. No driving around on stock map

No, it lets me go download an open sourced stage 2 map from http://www.osecuroms.org/ and sell my ap for some decent cash. I cant flash with EcuFlash using the cobb cable.

I dunno if you will get the same performance out of that map. Could be less, could be more. You can always change it. I tried the stage 2 map for my 02wrx and it did not like it. Maybe you will have better luck. Wideband is good to have if you are going to be changing things yourself.

But you really want to get your car tuned anyways if you dont have the proper gauges. If you just have exhaust then I guess it isnt a big deal.
