Looks good! Is the 6262 journal bearing, ball bearing, or does it come in both?

It's the ball bearing. But it does come in both.

It's not often I get to say this... But nice job on posting real world numbers. Looks like you don't play the CF game.

Might want to bring up that boost. 400hp is child's play for that a 30r would've been better with little to no lag.

I told them I wanted it safe for now. I'm going back for a meth retune in a few months so I'm hoping to break 500 on their dyno. Also my cams were dying off so I have to think about possibly getting different cams : /

thanks for the response, I have the same kit and have had nothing but trouble with the treadstone intake MAF placement and ended up buying a KSTech intake.

It is in a stupid position. Another issue I am still having is no matter what I do I can't get the oil drain line perfectly straight (as i heard precision turbos are pretty fussy with needing the oil drain straight) and the turbo smokes pretty good at full throttle. I'm debating just grabbing a gtx35r for when I go get retuned : /

The build quality of the kit is pretty good, but I liked open dump and I asked if they could weld the recirc dump tube closed and they said " we can't make that modification" lol so I just took it to a local place to get it welded shut and had them make the dump tube a little longer.

Yeah that would be a nice turbo upgrade, I am using a GT3582 but definitely no smoke under WOT. Also dumping my wastegate as well, just had a buddy weld the recirc closed as well.

Solid-looking torque curve you've got there. It must hit like a train when you get on it.

What is the hotside for the 6262?????

272 cams should pull to 7500rpm if your hotside is large enough....

Nice build. A lot of similar parts to what I'm going to have on mine also... Major difference is that I'll use E85 vs 93+meth, but good to see some base lines that are reasonable.

I've got the cosworth 278/274 cams so that might hurt me a bit down low, but I also went with the twin scroll version to help that problem out. I also rotated my intake manifold for that reason.

When do you think you'll be going back for a final tune?

Nice. I wish e85 was more readily available in my area. Closest station is 40 miles away -_-

Eventually I would like to go rotated manifold but ATM I don't have my own place and the apartment complex doesn't let your work on your car in the parking lot. So I'm stuck driving back and forth to my parents which is 60 miles away haha. But hopefully house hunting with the wife at the end of the year.

Final tune might not come till late fall as I'm taking 9 credits at a local college, working full time, an doing USAFR.

Your cams I think will be great up top though. Kinda wish I didn't cheap out on the bc's.... Yea well you live and learn.

On a side note. I read that you can replace cams without pulling motor anyone know of any truth to this??

I've heard its possible but extremely hard to do due to space. I wouldn't even want to try tbh.

You can replace them by slightly tilting the engine to whatever side you are working on.
But it doesn't take too long to pop the engine out either.

I'll probably just pull the motor. Seems the easiest. Plus i did it like 3-4 times now lol. Now just have to figure out how to change cams. Lol.

Thanks again for the help guys.
