Default Compilation of skid plates

I'm in the market for skid plates and didn't see a specific skid plate thread but found 100 random threads on skid plates. I'd like to start a thread to showcase all of the different skid plates out there whether they be custom, JDM or store bought. Be sure to include the brand and any other info so that we don't clutter the thread with everyone quoting the same pics asking for more info.

I'll get the ball rolling with a few...

I can't give input as to brands... I got a chunk of REALLY thick aluminum and bolted it to the underside of the motor. covers EVERYTHING. I will post a picture later today if you want. Otherwise I like the beatrush adn REALLY like the wicked innovations.

The DRT plate is my next plate. After bending 2 RallyArmors, Im ready for something different.

Skid plates are wear items on my car. Scary, huh?

here's the somewhat custom setup I am running.

I have a kaminari subframe and a covert diffuser/skid plate. The covert one is only custom because it came sans-mounting holes. the size and shape is standard.

Whats the thickness of that, though? I always thought the Carbing, Beatrush, and a couple of the other plates (usually louvered) were pretty thin and not really meant to be used as a skid plate.

Pretty sure you have options as to thickness with covert... You'd have to ask.

This one is his thinner version, as I keep it on the tarmac. Still, it's way tougher than the plastic cover.

I've been meaning to buy one of these....

I'm thinking of buying one that has the hole for the filter, I drive alot and change oil at least once a month. I'd imagne unbolting that plate all the time would just get to be annoying.

I'd lean towards one with a hole for the oil filter, but I simply don't put that much mileage on my car. I could live with taking off the skidplate every now and again, but that's just more time taking stuff off!

I can't tell for sure, but is your tierod hitting the skid plate at full droop?
Almost looks like the skid plate is bent, wonder if the tierod is bent?
How's your alignment

I have the Primitive Racing street armor package, and it clears my Fumoto valve (w/out the extension). Worth every penny and Paul is very cool to work with.
