Default Do STIs have 4 throttle bodies? Air tumbler assembly?

I was always reading about the STI's having a drive by wire throttle body, and while I was looking through the forum I found this super cool piece: Subaru Air Tumbler and assembly, and it got me thinking that this piece must have come off of an STI. Plus in the picture it looks like the individual throttle bodies are electronically controlled... So do STIs come with 4 individual throttle bodies, and if not where did the "Subaru Air Tumbler" come from? And if you happen to know please tell me how the air tumbler is controlled.
Here is where you can see it: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...sPageName=WDVW
Thanks!

They were used as an emissions device on the us WRX's though I know JUN modified them to use on their Hyper Lemon new age WRX to act as individual TB's.
The STi doesn't have them and alot of people upgrade to the STi or I believe APS has some Tumbler eliminators.

Those are tumble generator valves. The US STi does have them. APS does make tumble deletes. I have stock ported TGV's on my car.
