Hey Greg,

Here is your big chance. Your charges on my credit card are currently in dispute with the credit card company - order 4487, dated 4/7/2006. There are two options moving forward (in this public forum), you can 1) credit my card the $750 and I will notift the credit card company or 2) you and Mauromotorsports can continue to do nothing and I will follow through with the credit card company, and if that fails I will go through the legal systems.

As it stands this community has cut you and your company a lot of slack, but enough is enough.

If you need details let me know and we will talk off line.

Ray

Default Refund

I cancelled my order for my Oil Pressure gauge about a week ago. Oddly enough the guys would not answer my phone calls or emails, but sent me a refund statement via email. However, it has been a week and guess what no refund posted on my banking statement. I have been dealing with Mauro for almost three years now, but no more. This is absolutely insane.

i think it would be better if they put which is actually IN STOCK and which are on BACK ORDER! I have purchased some stuff from them but they never told me they werent in stock unless i emailed them. anyways, they were slow on communication, and they should have put a "not in stock" in the item description.

im crossposting because im pissed off that i havent recieved my grill. today is 8 weeks. youve had the container since 5/3 and my full payment since 5/2. you had 10 DAYS to put my grill in a box and ship it before you closed for the week. anthony getting married is NOT my problem and i expect a business to be run like a business, not a get-the-money-and-hide game. you have 2 days from today(a 5/24 deadline) to ship it and give me a valid tracking number, or not only will i be disputing the full amount, but issuing a complaint with the BBB and researching mail fraud. you have been given notice.

the clock is ticking.

Well, I JUST left a message for Greg who indicated his willingness to help. We will see if he gets back. I don't have high expectations, but will keep the group informed.

Well another day and another couple of unanswered phone calls. Looks like Greg is also willing to say anything to get people back to their happy place.

Greg - I find it amazing how often people give your company opportunities to redeem yourselves - and you consistently do not follow through.

he meant this:http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...8#post13872708

ive also sent my warning via email. apparently greg doubts my willingness to follow through

its a simple concept really:
customer pays for product
vendor takes money (see this is where mauromotorsports stops...)
vendor puts product in box
box shipped to customer in timely manner.

but no, they had to get all crazy and screw it up.

also mailing all ordered parts, customer service, contacting a customer when they leave messages and emails, and then only contacting customer through a national forum, not their site, then picking fights when people complain that they havent got parts in 6 months. also holding on to money for 7 months when someone asks for a refund, then refunding it to a wrong account.

oh.. and my favorite which i have experienced, tell the customer that the parts are mailed, provide no tracking number then dissapear off the face of the earth.

as if i give a D*A* if u got married, run your business or shut it down, friken slackers!

Well my story gets better.

Yesterday, 5/22/06 around 6pm I get a call while at work from Greg about the Greddy Boost gauge I ordered/paid $111.** via paypal on 4/27/06. So he explains the situation as if I haven't been reading this thread. (yes i understand he's out of town, but a business still has to run) Anyway, he confirms NOTHING over the phone and tells me to send everything to him via email ([email protected]). I do, and have recieved few emails. (but i guess some haven't recieved any so I guess I'm ahead of the game). So while at work I email everything I have about the transactions. Today, 5/23/06 I get a call while working on my car from Anthony, Sr (i'm guessing) to let me know that my gauge is on its way and "how would I like to pay for it?" I explained that I had paid via paypal ON 4/27/06 and I have verified that a couple of times. This time I get a email with a invoice, with my tracking # and item I ordered but with the wrong price ($121**). If that wasn't a kick in the balls enough, they are sending it 2nd day air($20.25) to MASSACHUSETTS, from NEWYORK I'm waiting for this story to end...

CN: Mauromotorsports f**ked up again and this time I'm NOT PAYING FOR IT!!!

edit: I checked to tracking # and its supposed to come tomorrow(5/24/06) will see...

In a previous post I was very angry with Anthony and mauromotorsports over a V-Limited lip that I ordered on 3/20 and still haven't seen. Greg emailed me 4 times yesterday to fix Anthony's mess!!!!!!! 4 times...!!! Don't get me wrong, I still will not ever do business with them again. But, Greg was very courteous and helpful. I think my saga is finally over. I hope that all of you guys still waiting get the same response. From what I saw yesterday, I really think Greg is trying and we discussed how much Anthony owes him. Good luck...
