Default how to deal with a bad tune?

Ok so I just went to get my car tuned again and found out the previous tuner ruined my motor. The new tuner showed me the maps and where the other tuner didn't tune the car correctly and was the direct cause for my engine failure. My question is what kind of recourse if any should I take. I understand that I have taken a risk by tuning beyond factory and am always ready to take responsibility for my actions but isn't there some kind of quality standards that should hold tuners responsible when they don't so their job the right way? If I do a ****ty job and cost my company or our customers money then it falls on me. Im extremely unhappy with the situation and am not sure what direction to take. Any suggestions?
