I've had mine on for a few weeks. I put them on around when Sandy came through. I put them on early because I don't drive enough to have to worry about increased wear from higher temperatures.

Wife's Nissan was swapped over last weekend.

My '09 Subaru Outback Sport will be this weekend I hope because the stock Bridgestone's have about 70k on them and are pretty much all used up.

I never has an issue in the cold with my 330WHP FWD Open diff tC. I used to like to spin the tire(s) until they heated up. They did suck in actual snow though I usually put snows on today (black friday)

It was good seeing you Wednesday, you coming next week?

I'll be putting my blizzaks on this coming Friday. I ran my proxes 4s all winter last year with zero issues. They're pretty much toast now though.

I've been keeping a close eye on the 10 day weather forecast. My snow tires are approaching the end of their life, and if it stays snow free long enough I may be able to get through this winter without having to buy new ones. I bought new summer tires a few months ago, so they at least have enough tread that I can struggle my way through an emergency situation.

Doing the same thing here, if I see a snow storm coming I will change them over. I also need it warm enough out to wash the OEM wheels and tires before I put them in the cellar.

What, this year? It snowed significantly across parts of southern NE already, parts of CT got a foot. I drove home from work near Mansfield MA on my WRX summer tires, I've never had to do that before.

Snow avoided!

There's a chance of snow tomorrow morning here starting at about 9:00 AM here...late enough to not have to change tires before my 7:30 AM flight, and it should be gone by the time I get back on Thursday.

I put mine on 3wks ago when we had that potential for snow. Glad I did cause I found a broken front end link when I swapped them over.

As a rule mine are on by Thanksgiving unless snow is forecasted before that.

Got some snow this morning, so I put them on today.
I wanted to wait a little longer, but don't want my summer wheels to get all salty.

This ^^
Put mine on last night....1-3 inches forecasted for today in CT...which means there will be 2-4 inches of salt by the end of the night.

Those are the ones I just got.
Figured I never drive anywhere that isn't plowed, so I don't really have to worry about grip in deep snow.

This whole nonsense about needing a second set of TPMS is silly.
I'll be driving around with the (_!_) light until April.

Yeah, that symbol doesn't look appropriate.
I'm leaving it.

A carefully cut and placed piece of electrical tape makes the ! go away.

Took the coilovers and summer wheels off this weekend. Stock BBS/Blizzaks and stock struts/RCE Blacks are on the car now. So much smoother.

First winter on all-seasons, see how these Conti-DWS's hold up.
