I'm really starting to feel bad for your care, for its sake please always take it to a professional to get work done.

just an fyi... all the work done minus installing the gauges are done professionally... which is why im getting the tune checked out today... my dad owns an auto repair shop and has been working on cars for well over 22 years... so yes everything is being done by a professional so that nothing gets screwed up

No we are all SLC trolls. UC county hoes arent ones for giving help or constructive criticism in CarCursed case. They only troll around for BOV's, tint shops, alignment shops, and people to pass them on illegal emmisions, and only posting up in classifieds random **** when they are in a bind because thier mom pised them off and now they want to be hellaflush for a cause!

\and here is the graph... with baseline and finished touch...
if you cant see the numbers because i realize they are kinda hard to see started out at 243.1 lbft ended at 313.7 lbft and started at 239.7 hp and went up to 273.8 hp with the tune... now after driving it home last night it also drives alot smoother and alot better... it was running really lean but everything is running alot better now thats for sure!

It's drive by wire, if it's a 2006 that is. Sounds like drive by wire tables to me.

He is saying that since your car is an '06, the throttle is electronically controlled rather than a cable attached to the gas pedal, and because of this he doubts that the "sticky" throttle is mechanical, but rather a problem in the drive by wire tables, thus something that should be tuned out.

cause tuner says that nothing was wrong and it shouldnt be doing what it does... cause if i im driving in first and go up to 4k rpms then let off gas at 4 it keeps speeding up and goes up to 5k and sometimes 6k unless i engage the clutch... it also occasionally happens in 2nd gear as well... and so we were thinking it might be the throttle body since the tune didnt take it away... any idea or tips to try on that?

take apart the throttle, clean it well and make sure it moves freely. Then put it back together.

Edit: Pay someone to do what I said to do. Solid Autoworks
