So we got the alternator out of Scratchy, and we took it to Autozone and they lady who tested it said that it was shot and that it didn't do anything.
So Hoklan bought a remanufactured alternator, we will put in on saturday. |

Hi mike!
Anyone by chance have a live trap or two? There seems to be a stray or two in my hood and they like to mess with my cat. I have claw marks on half of my screens from these ****s trying to get into my house. |

You one of jareds friends? there arent many RS 2.5s that make it to autoX so yeah i think i know you. well it took me about half a season to get the S2k down and not to fear RWD lol. Its different and takes some getting used to and finding i can really beat the crap out of the car and run a fast time. Its different for my driving style, might have to change my style up a bit for this car but ill wait till its ready for STU to worry about that |

I sill hate my car. I haven't driven it since thursday. I keep getting twenty minute opportunities to work on it when I really need about 2 hours. Anything and everything that could go wrong did and I just need to get it back together. So many broken and seized bolts. And then to find the uppipe cat was starting to disintegrate. So I had to pull the rh manifold and lift the motor to pull that out and gut it so I could prevent a turbo failure. Fking car. I can work on everyone else's with more miles without issue. My car hates me.

the issue is my car is at work. i can only work on it before or after hours. by the time i wrap up with everything it is nearly 5:20, work on my car for 20 minutes, put away my tools and wash up before the building gets locked up at 6:00.
i just need time, that's all. i have everything ready to reinstall. all i have left is to bolt the turbo back in, the upstream o2, teh downpipe, intercooler, bleed coolant, and top off oil. not much left i just need an opportunity. |
