I'd be up for a meet if anyone else is. Pinz maybe? seems like you guys had bad times there before. I do have some pull with the staff, no guarantee but I might be able to get us free bowling if we buy drinks. That is if yall like to bowl. Either else, I'm fine with next week, been wicked busy lately.

Also if I might suggest for next week, does anyone know any good BYOB places? And on that note any of you like pumpkin beer?

btw, spotted a sonic yellow bug eye with nesic stickers in lowes parking lot in Milford, does that belong to anyone?

I like Pinz, but the service there is awful (i.e. slow).

Moot point anyway, since I'm working tonight, so it's not like I can go.

There's one or two in Worcester -- I don't know of any in the Milford area.

Is it set-up to plow? (i.e. reeeeallly low?) - probably zachattackdrives, I saw him the other day at Dunkins on 16 by Imperial.

ZOMG usually organizes - and he's out for tonight.

Kmk05wrx is a regular (usually...) - and he's out for tonight.

I go once in a blue moon - but I can't go tonight (working).

That leaves Juggernaut and b1aze, if the two of you would like to go out on a subie date. Just joking, of course, but it seems that ZOMG has given someone the opp. to step up, suggest a place, and meet tonight. Otherwise, we'll resume things next Wednesday.

It is nice to see some more interest in a Milford area meet, though!

Yeah it can be slow, We get pretty good service from a waitress we know pretty well, but we have been going there for a while. In (at least) her defense she has a lot of tables to cover.

regarding the sonic yellow bug eye, maybe lower, dont remember that standing out, looked pretty stock, nesic stickers, and a half hidden by license plate.

Yeah, Pinz is slow but I'll be willing to go again (not tonight though). You haven't met Bobby (he isn't on the boards) since he just had a kid he hasn't been out much, but if we go to Pinz he and his fiance work there. Also can't guarantee anything for a group but they bowl free all the time.

I don't think there are any BYOB places in Milford. I found an old article but idk what happened:
http://www.milforddailynews.com/news/x245538219

On beer conversation, paging Craig A. Mr. Craig is our resident brewer As for me, I like almost anything. Not a huge fan of super hopped IPAs or super malty black beers, but I'll try 'em anyways.

Only yellow bugeye to my knowledge in Milf-town is Zach. Another one who hasn't been to a meet in a while...

This x10. I remember an average of 10 or so cars would make it out to these meets when we first started, and we just hung out in a parking lot. I would love to get more people together, though with winter coming (sometime I'm sure) it'll be colder and stuff

Thats cool. I dont mind waiting a week or so. Wednesday nights are usually the nights that work best for me and Milford is only a 20-25min drive 495 south for me so its more than reasonable.

The name Bobby sounds familiar, may have meet him just never got introduced. Its scary to realize I'm getting to know the names of everyone there.

Freaking lame about the BYOB ban, its a good thing for restaurants to have if they cant do a liquor license. Cant wait to talk beer with Mr Craig, I brew also, and drink just about everything. I'll seach out a BYOB place, there must be one close, maybe for next week? The pumpkin came out decent imo, its almost fully carbonated, next week it would be properly ready.

@B1aze, I'd agree with waiting a week if no others would show, I don't usually go with only two people, hard to socialize and bowl.

Being indoors more during the winter is fine by me.

Was a sharp looking car, sonic yellow bugs are rare ones.

Sweet deal, man. Hope to see ya out there!

Like I said, unless people show up to see my pretty face (though, I wouldn't blame you ) anyone can say "I'll be at ___ tonight". However, what do people want to do on the 7th? McDonald's cheap or something like Applebees? Or Acapulcos? Or better yet a BBQ place in Bellingham I've been meaning to try:
http://joffsbackyard.com/

Thoughts?

Joff's is the same price as McD's menu meals, kind of.

Marathon is bomb, I work at EMC right down the road a bit so I used to frequent there. This is definitely a spot for an upcoming meet!

I believe the decision was to "cancel" tonight and pick things up next week since a lot of folks weren't able to make it.
