its come a long ways, still needs more work. id2000's will be the next round.

Location: CNC motorsports Las Vegas NV
Temp: 76 F
elevation: 2028 above sea level
weather: cloudy

Car: 2004 wrx
Tuner: Kert Miller Millerspec.com
Dyno: dynocom dc pods
transmission: 5 speed 1-4 ppg helical synchro stock 5th
All pulls were in 3rd gear
base line pull: 07 sti stock 251 whp @5700 rpm
target boost: 30 psi
Peak Torque at RPM: SAE J1349
Target Boost: 30psi
Target AFR: 10.8 @ 28psi
Fuel: E85 105 Octane Unleaded

mods:
engine:2.35L ej22t block: sti crank, pauter forge rods, cp forged pistons, stock sti heads. all blueprinted balanced, built by revolutionmotorsports in Colorado by adam (drac9 on nasioc)
Custom Perrin gt35r .82 a/r rotated kit full 3" downpipe, anti surge housing tial 44mm wastegate. Arc ram intake. Perrin equal length headers, 3" custom full catback.
Fuel: e85, walbro 255 feeding custom coverperformance surgetank feeding bosch 044 external pump. sard 110psi max fuel reg, Bosch ID1000's injectors, aeromotive fuel rails, push lock an fittings.
cooling: Greddy grex oil cooler, blitz radiator, Full race Reverse FMIC, tial bov. crucial thermostat.
drivetrain: PPG 1-4 helical synchro trans, Twin exedy clutch, r160 quaife lsd rear diff.
Electronics: HYDRA 2.5v EMS closed loop, aem digital gauge: fuel pressure, oil pressure, coolant temp, boost, apexi egt.

what does a stock sti or wrx pull on this dyno and why are you only revving to 7k?

i guess rise against is not on the top 25 list. E85 is the fuel consumed.

ill get back to tomorrow on the stock numbers. stock sti heads, 7200 is rev max set on hydra. the dip your seeing at end is because we are maxing out injectors at 25psi.

That dyno chart is hard to read.

Does it show that you are losing power from 5600 to 6300 and then making power again???
why would this happen?

Need to clean up timing, that dip can be reduced with a nicer curve.

They indicate it is due to fuel but it makes no sense.

The fuel system was capable of making 570 hp at 5600 but only ~500 hp at 6000... Most tunes I see have the same AFR at 5500 as 7000 rpms. Unless they decided to run a good bit richer above 5500 the dip has to be something else...

assuming that your boost isnt falling off the planet up top it would seem your car should be able to take a crap load more timing.....that 100hp fall off is weird.

A gt35 should be making peak hp close to redline on a 2.35 litre.
