I have heard good things about draco but nothing about 42. I have no personal experience with draco though because I'm still on a stock set up except for some sway bars, end links, and some bushings but I plan on using draco in the future. for now I am satisfied with the power but may go stage 1 AP in the spring just to get a little better throttle response and to get rid of the lean window

I would go to Motion Lab instead... I haven't heard good things about Draco.

I've seen a few cars with Draco decals out at cars and coffee. Have a few friends that have been tuned by motion lab but none were subarus so not sure how well they are with them. I'll probably end up getting the cobb for a basic tune. First thing I am looking for is the SPT exhaust. Not used to having a car that's so quiet.

Hey guys, for those interested I'm going on a mountain run this saturday. I have to be in mars hill by 2pm to meet a guy about some new wheels and tires. I'm thinking of going up 276-> blue ridge pkwy->26E->64E->74W-> blue ridge pkwy back to asheville and peeling off to go get my wheels. Hit me up if you are interested. My friend is coming up in his srt4 and maybe a couple others. Also bring a walkie talkie!

Hey everyone, taking a trip down go the Greensboro, NC area this weekend. Gonna be a long trip from jersey and didn't get a chance to pick up oil. Was wondering if anyone in the area knows somewhere I can pick up some amsoil on Saturday? Thanks!

AMSOil guys that I know of are in Cary, NC. Turbotime. Very cool folks.

Not sure if you are passing through Charlotte, but maybe Draco Performance (North end) or Motion Lab Tuning (city) can hook you up. I'm not sure, but I think Draco is Royal Purple and Motion Lab is a Motul house.

Hey guys, I'll be moving down to the Greenville, SC area next Wednesday to start an internship. I look forward to stopping by some of the meets! (is there a weekly thing that goes on?)

In the mean time, where would you guys recommend I get tinting done? Looking for 35% all around.

Thanks

Cool, where are you interning at?

There is a weekly car thing but as it gets cold out its not so lively, but its mostly kids doing childish things and getting kicked out of parking lots.

There are quite a few places that do good work on tinting. The place I would recommend is in Boiling Springs (25mins north of greenville) Upstate Solar and Sound, phone number is 864-316-6707.

Welcome to the area! Hopefully the subie crowd with start meeting again but some of us do more cruises than meets. Roger stereo on Woodruff road will do a good tint job and one of the managers there drives a Burgundy bugeye

Thanks for the info I will give them a call as soon as I get down and get a quote. I will be interning at ZF Transmissions for an Engineering Internship. I'm really excited!

Sounds good, I'm always up for a cruise! and thanks for the heads up. I live off of Woodruff so that would be convenient. I'll give them a call as well.

Thanks for the help everyone cant wait to move down!

Sounds like fun! I'll see how many others (non-subaru) people want to come.

I haven't decided what route to take yet. Still researching a lot on the car. I probably won't change too much on it but Lake Lure area is where I used to take my Integra just to test my suspension around the mountains up that way.

Looking for a shop around Charlotte to get some advice from. I know 42 autosports and Draco performance are close by. I see Draco on here and probably head up there next week, but anyone dealt with 42?
Dealt with 42 a few times.. Good guys and they know their stuff. They are sponsors on wncrides. Just Got a new dyno too.

I'd be down for that. I may not drive since my car isn't fast (in a straight line) and i don't have a helmet but it would still be fun. I'll just bring a few beers instead

You need to see my friend's single turbo 335i once he gets his bumper fixed!
