I thought this was kind of interesting.

Any thoughts?

System includes: Pump & Controller
Pump:
The revolutionary and innovative EWP electric water pump represents a great advancement in automotive cooling management. It has been designed predominantly to increase power and improve cooling efficiency by replacing the mechanically driven water pump. This lightweight and compact unit is far more efficient than traditional belt driven pumps, and as such helps to release wasted power and tailors the flow of coolant more accurately to the engines needs.

Controller:
The EWP Controller supplies the pump with a varying voltage in order for it to run at exactly the right flow rate to maintain the desired engine temperature. The Controller is adjustable and can be mounted remotely.

Price: $425.00

well FWIW electric pumps are for drag race use only...want to know why?? because they have the lifespan of a fly...they aren't meant for severe duty(daily driving). and you MAY gain 3 or 4 HP and it's becuase you are eliminating rotating mass...just be a skeptic and don't believe everything you read.

jeremy

oh yeah it still functions thru the SAME water jacket so HOW much better can it really be?
