Do yall know Trey the mailman? Haven't seen him post in here in forever. He had one of the nicest Subies I have seen in LA. It was a EJ207 swapped blobeye wrx with FJ cruiser blue paint. I almost peed myself when he took me for a ride in it.

There are two mailmen lol. I'm talking about the guy who went by treystoys on here. He used to post more than anyone in this thread then he simply dissapeared. His car is bright ass baby blue, cant be mistaken for anything else. He put the first tune I ever had on my car for me.

I almost got it there today. I ran it for a few. Just need to stabilize the start and idle map. And she will be good to go.

What's up guys, it's been a while since I've been on the new Orleans forum. My name is Vince and I've met some of you guys at the lakeside mall and toys r us meetings around 2 years ago and I would show up in my blue Kawasaki 636. Do you guys remember me?. I had an OBP 06 sti that I sold in 2009 to be able to move up here for a job as an Audi tech at new Orleans Audi and always wanted another subie. On Saturday I picked up an aspen white 06 sti in Houston and I'm really excited to start participating in our local Subaru meets again.

Thanx dude. I bought it used at a hyundai dealership in houston so i'm not sure about how much power it's putting down but I put it up in the air at work and the mods I can see are: aps stealth front mount intercooler, aps cold air intake, synapse bov, cobb lowering springs and aps turboback exhaust. i noticed that the stock boost gauge is maxed out at full boost to I'm not sure about how much boost it's making but there is not dtc's stored in the ecu. I will use my old accessport or a scan tool from work to see how much it's boosting. I also have a brand new defi boost gauge that was never installed on my old car and that will go on with the new tires I bought today. Here are two pics I took after I bought the car

Nice.

Be careful with the tune it has. It might not be a good one.

I know, I'm kinda worried about it. it runs good and it pulls pretty hard but I'm definitely thinking about getting it tuned. I would want a bypass valve instead of a bov for driveability reasons and a boost controller to avoid boost spikes before i get it tuned. I'm not planning on abusing this car but i wanna make sure that i can go WOT once in a while without popping the motor. btw i forgot to mention that it also has a greddy air oil separator.

I guess I need to let everyone know I'm still alive! Still here, car is still good runs strong as ever, took the kids to Disney with it a few weeks ago actually. Last time I virtual dynoed it it made in the 460whp range on the dynojet setting, that was actually just before the disney trip. Haven't really done much to it other than a gates racing timing belt and water pump and sold the apr diffuser and changed from a g200 to a q300 exhaust...By the way, I have a full Invidia g200 cat back and an injen sjs axle back (mates perfectly to the invidia mid pipe) if anyone is looking for a gd exhuast. And a gt-spec 2 1/2 dia uppipe somewhere as well.

Anyhow, I've been mia because I'm currently going through a divorce, not exactly an easy one at that, but me and the girls are doing well, still have my house (for now lol) and my car and truck. I actually left the post office over a year ago...long story, but I'm a contract builder for Heartland/Backyard builders, mostly building wooden sheds. But we do other things as well. Well, its good to know I was missed! lol I'll be sure and check back a bit more often now!

Oh and glad you finally got back into an Sti Vincenzo! Hit me up if you need help with the tune man.

Trey
