Default cheap axles?

Where would I be able to get a new rear halfshaft for my 95' L AWD? i think the CV joint on the right rear is bad. really binds up while accelerating in right hand turns. dont know where to look or how much i should expect to pay. Thanks for the help.

50 dollars and they are WAY better than any other rebuilt unit you would normally get. They replace all wear items regardless of condition. Most shops will inspect and reuse parts, just giving them a new boot and freash paint. Ive ordered 3 from them already.

Default your axle may not be bad

Hawk296,

My 91 legacy did the same thing. The CV joints were fine. The problem was that I replaced the front tires before the rear. The difference in wear produced a difference in tire size between the front and rear tires, causing the diff to lock up. I measured the diameter of the wheels and added pressure to make them the same size. This eliminated the binding. There is a bullitin on this at www.endwrench.com.

Hope this helps.
