Needed to free up some cash for family commitments. Great car, sad to have seen it go, but the Impreza makes more sense right now.

Well, my estimated delivery date got moved from 8/5 to 9/27 about a week ago. Wonder if this means I'll be getting a 2015? Anyone know when they stop making the 2014's and start making the 2015's? It takes about 1 month for a ship to reach the port of Savannah from Japan and generally about a week to get from the port to the dealer. So that means my car should be produced within the next week or two.

FWIW, my order was placed 5/27 and the order was sent to the factory on 5/28. Only a week before the orders close date. Makes me wonder if they had already finished the runs of white limited's with moon roofs.

Sounds possible. Cars101.com lists white limiteds as one of the closed order models as of 7/24... and the white models are super popular.

^ So are you paying $240/month on a lease or a car you're eventually going to own? When I read 36 month lease I assumed not owning.

I know this is about 3 years later,

I bought my 2012 Impreza Sport Premium (stick) for 20,500 TTL included (in MA).

Included with this:
-Registration
-All Weather package
-Extended bumper to bumper
-extended service plan
-all weather matts

I thought I got a fair deal... my only complaint, I ordered it in October 2011, but I didn't get it until December 25th. I had to pay excise tax on those 5 days in 2011 I owned the vehical ($326!) then a week later had to pony up the excise tax for 2012.... gotta love taxachusettes

Got moved back again to 10/1. And I've been told a 2015 is not likely. Oh well, guess I'll get one of the last 2014's at this rate.

Order got moved back again to October 15 and Subaru couldn't even confirm that the car had been built. Even though if it was to arrive on the 15th it had to have already been shipped. So they honored my request to cancel the order and I picked up a 2014 XV Crosstrek in Desert Khaki on Thursday. Love it! Washed it, clay barred it, washed it again, and waxed it last night. That'll have to do until the insurance subrogation process finishes and I get the my deductible back to do Xpel on the front. Praying for no rock chips lol!

Price paid was $23,993 plus TTT for a Crosstrek Limited with Popular Package #2. MSRP was $25,987. Could have done a little better but I'm still very happy with the deal I got.
