Question

I don't think I've ever heard of 'High Point'. How 'bout we just meet at Garden of the Gods visitor center, right off of 30th?

I'll be there. I gotta give some of you a ride in this thing now . It's no turbo, but it's quick. I just got news on the size of my tax return...so I think I know where it's going. I smell COILOVERS!....or a flywheel. It won't be on by then, though.
Cya there!

Hey Larry,

I'd love to co-drive with ya! I'm even off that weekend. Let me know ok? I've been pretty much glued to the WRX Countdown forum lately. I wonder why!

We could go up Colorado 67 North thru Deckers up to US-285. THAT DRIVE IS AWESOME, MY FAV SO FAR IN COLORADO!! Just the right mix of hairpins, straight sections and s-curves. Not much of an elevation change in most places, so you can carry some speed

Good idea JJ.

PunkRS - can you plan to meet me at my house at 10:30am for this? I assume you still have the truck to get here, right? You know where I live - otherwise I will need directions to you.

If we go through the back roads like above, we can trade off driving - just remember that when you get the WRX and I wanna drive it...

Yep, we forgot to mention Tom is coming. Do you know how to get down here, Tom? Here are directions, just in case:

* Take 470 east to I25 south
* I25 will take you all the way to the Springs
* Take the 'Garden of the Gods Road' exit.
* Go west (right)
* Garden of the Gods will end at 30th.
* Turn left on 30th. You will see the visitor's center a couple of miles down the road on your left.

Thanks for the directions Diz.

I will let you know if I need any more. They seem pretty straight-forward tho.

Thanks!

Larry,

If you don't mind swinging by my house that would be great and very convienient for you. I live on the west side about 1/2 mile from the Garden of the Gods visitors center. I'm on 31st street. I'm real close to Old Colorado City too - about three blocks. I'll talk to you soon and we'll work out the details.

Thanks

Okay, we'll work out the details.

I kinda have an itch to get my new dual fuel injector kit installed soon, as it will here by the end of next week. I will try to do the install the weekend before the meet so that I can have the 10th free for testing on the C/S meet

Brat,

You know that road where we only had room to get your car up to 60mph before braking? I went by there today and hit 68+ and missed the turn off into the parking lot because I was going too fast...
