Default Anyone ever have a cracked APS Inlet?

I was just curious if anyone has ever gotten a cracked APS inlet. I've had this installed on my car at least a year and not sure if this was resulting from my initial install or not. Either way, its going to have to be replaced but just wanted to see if this is abnormal or not.

Also I'm not sure if the crack has gone all the way through or not...would I be able to do something temp to try and seal it up?

Here is how bad it is...

Well, I have been getting this odd flashing check engine light only at very light throttle. I at first thought it was the spark plugs but I didn't change them yet because I saw that my oil catch can was leaking (not sealing properly). I replaced it and saw that today.

The car drives smoother now that I'm not having an obnoxious leak from the catch can but still having that flashing check engine light at very light throttle...other than that, the car drives seemingly fine.

That sucks because it's really hard to get APS parts in the United States anymore. Everyone has them on their web sites but no can get them and no one has stock.

JB Weld FTW.

Honestly, it would probably work if you give it proper time to cure up to full strength.

How many hours would it take? It might as well try it.

Good luck! I don't see why it wouldn't seal that small crack up. I've used it to seal a larger crack on a plastic intake manifold before and it held for years.

It could always be taken out, welded, and re-painted...
