Example...

Dear Mr. Lowell and Team ADC,

Thank you for your request of possible sponsorship with our company. We would like to inform you that we do get hundreds of requests per week and each one is taken into special consideration. Although not all sponsorships are fulfilled the first time of submission, we do encourage all teams and event holders to contact us a few months down the line if they feel our company is unable to provide the appropriate funding or products requested.

Now then, in regards to possible sponsorship with Meguiars and AfterDark Customs I would like to inform you, and your team, that a position aboard our supported teams line is not as far as you may believe.

We would like to let you know that as of right now during the winter season it will not be the best of times to sponsor any team on the East Coast due to the lack of commercial publicity (from events, shows, and so forth). Although we will be mailing you a Meguairs gift basket that you can share with your members, and would like you to mail us your team portfolio to: Meguiar's Special Events. 17991 Mitchell South. Irvine CA 92614 around April, or May.

We will be checking your clubs/teams activity on your website, car events and shows, along with other internet channels (CarDomain, YouTube, Twitter, Internet-Chatter, and so on). We know that may seem much and you might not tend to think your club is that large but trust me, even the slightest internet-chatter, or followers online, can show a large amount of followers in the real world.

Keep in contact Brian, would love to hear from your group and see the progress you may have made during the summer time! Be sure to keep a record of shows, trophies won, events, meetings, and other Club Related material posted on your forums or website. We will be checking!

Kind Regards,
Roger Garling
Meguiars Special Events Coordinator

Sounds like some commie shiz (I hope we don't lose our sponsorship, I said "shiz").

My horizon is a blank canvas, lol. I'd like to stay here but I've been slackin' on the job hunting. Oh well, it'll all work itself out.

Hey, whats up? Here is our facebook group: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=401524463055 We are a small group but have been bigger in the past. Usually it picks up in the summer. Right now we have about 5 regulars and about 10 other people that show up from time to time.

So what brings you to Chico? School?

That's cool. My older brother lives in Chico with his wife and his 1 year old daughter. So I was planning on moving down something this summer to Nanny and such and probably go to school. I'll probably just start off at community collage until I get residency in California, and then transfer but I'm not sure yet. But it'd be nice to at least know someone when moving down. also, your link says page not found
