Looks good are you planning to get rid of the 20G or turn up the boost?

What do you use the car for? Daily Driving, auto-x, track days?

Looks good, keep us updated on your results.

This is my DAILY / TRACK ( RACING ? ) car ...

The GREDDY TD06-20G works great i can tell you,
1.7 BAR is the MAXIMUM effective boost for this TURBO,

Later on i will post some videos of some racing action VS scooby with HKS GT3240,

You will be surprised HAHA

Yes... Israel is a BAD place for modded cars,
But nothing can't beat the LOVE and the NEED for speed

About the coating,
I tried to coat it tight and close but then, i sufferd high temp EGT.
So, this way its much better for me ...
Basiclly, this coating is only for heat protection to the headers arround

Some more photos, let me hear your opinions about the build...

Little bit color for the Intake manifold:

Before:

Fueling Issue:

Had the Walbro 250LPH, little bit gentle for high specs for my opinion,
Moved to the Bosch 023 In-Tank Fuel Pump :

Need to have some modification for the fuel tank holder first,

very nice looking setup. We've had really good results with the gt-spec headers, and it's nice to see you doing all that headwork. We get so many people who come it and want to do rods and headbolts etc along with their pistons but don't want to touch the heads.

I would also fix the wrap on the headers. If you arent going to wrap the entire header, I would probably take it all off...

The high egt is due to the tuning - you should really be tuning the car for the proper egts. You also have very hot intake air temps...

How are you tuning the car?

Whats the point of taking the wraping off ?
im trying to keep the headers aorund cooler with this wrapping,

My intake temp on a 23 degree day, on 4th gear at 1.7 BAR is 35 Degrees.

I dont think the high EGT is due tuning issues .

The tuning of my car is with Haltech E11v2 .
With fuel map and ignition for the daily drive with 1.3 Bar with 98 OCTANE.
and little bit more agressive maps with 98 OCTANE + Toluene at 1.7 BAR.

wrapping the headers like that is going to create alot of temperature variation across the headers which will lead to cracks and other failures. I would wrap them fully or not at all. But its yours so you are allowed to do whatever you want

Great build. MAkes me jealous.

Like gto7419 said, any issue about car racing / mods about cars in Israel is ILLEGAL !

So, we dont have tracks around here ..
only street "track"

And like i said, its my " DAILY " car !!! ( dailey street racing? hmm...)

About inspection, its once a year, so..... i get along when the time is come

Actually, Naharia is very far from where i am,
BUT, all Israel full with Subaru's
But very few are turbocharged and built for POWER

OK !!!
Time for Brakes , Suspension , Wheels , Tires & Drivetrain:

Remember the broken gear ?

So i decided to go with STI ver.5 RA type gearset,
If this will broke as well,
I will go with STI 03 6SPD Gearset ( KILLING GEARBOX !!! )

STOCK susspension is CRAP !
Making my car bounce and move back and forward when i change gears at full throtle
( better not mention the cornering issues ... )

So... Moved to Tein SuperStreet !!! HAHA !

This is how the STOCK susspensio and brake caliper look like:

WITH THE EDFC : ( Electronic Damping Force Controller )

the motors:

So probablly will have nice power, and probablly will control it by the TEIN and tires ( tire pics soon...)
now the car needs to be able to STOP !!!!

So ... Stock Brakes:

Upgraded to Prodrive 330mm BIG BRAKE KIT:

PRODRIVE BRAKES WITH O.Z Superleggera Wheels !! ( need to fit for the BIG brakes )

StopTech Stainless steel brake lines of course !!
