Default over-dremmeled the rear door panel, what to do now?

I switched components in the rear and now my dremelled holes are too big for my new tweeters. what's the best way to fix this? a layer of fiberglass along the back and bring it to the door panel level with bondo? how can i refinish it? i think i'm going to have to put something to overlay on the door panel like a circular piece of rubber or silicone or something and have it match the color of my tweeters. any other ideas?

Check with auto-parts recyclers for how much used WRX rear door panels cost.
