Polished Stainless Steel Engine Bay Divider

The engine bay dividers are designed to keep unwanted engine and exhaust header heat away from the intake while offering some engine bay "bling". These are 304 stainless steel dividers that are polished on the side facing the fender, and non polished on the side facing the engine. - Currently I've take 4 deposits for preorders for the divorced wastegate downpipes or external wastegate (EWG) downpipes for the models listed above. The design will be very similar to my current 02-07 wrx/sti downpipe and here are the configurations and pricing available for the first 10 downpipes:

Collecting the graphs then I'll get them posted and I have another customer sending me additional dyno info later this week that I can post.

Also, my products will be featured in Grassroots Motorsports on their project WRX that will be on newstands this spring and summer!

Here are some graphs from some local customer cars that have been tuned with my exhaust parts installed:



2002 wrx: full turboxs turboback vs Moore Performance IWG downpipe and quiet (dual 2.5" mufflers) catback, 18.5 psi, standard 16G

Gain: 2whp and 19wtq



2003 wrx: Moore Performance IWG downpipe (with cutout) and quietest catback (dual 2.5" cores) cutout comparison 19psi, VF43 turbo

Gain: 5whp and 15wtq cutout open vs closed





2005 STi: 1st graph shows a stright through catback with very loud angled "can" muffler and OTS tune. 2nd graph shows IWG downpipe and quietest catback (dual 2.5" cores) and .5 lbs more boost, with a new tune

Gain: 4whp and 25wtq




2006 wrx: Moore Performance IWG downpipe and quietest catback (dual 2.5" cores). The car made an additional 11whp over the old setup (Cobb dp and Invidia "race" catback) while drastically reducing sound levels inside and outside the cabin.



1999 2.5RS: 100% bone stock. We installed a full "quiet" catback with a chambered muffler today and even though we had an error on our baseline runs that didn't begin to show the graph until 4,500 rpm we were able to get some hp gains and some estimates on approx tq gains. We also did a test comparing a straight pipe with no muffler against the catback with the muffler and tip installed. When compared to straight pipe, the mufflered exhaust only lost 3whp and 2wtq!

Well.....I'm tyring to find a stock 08+ wrx/sti to build the DP off of and I'm having a hard time finding a car that someone will give me for couple of weeks to build one off of. I need a car that I can mock one up on, then have the cnc machines bend pipe/cut lengths, etc, then weld up the flanges and flex sections, put it on the car, build a fixture, then make a DP from the fixture to ensure fitment.........alot of work going into building one DP that I can replicate over and over.

I will produce one right away.....as soon as I can have a car!

Currently I do not, but if you'd like to see a test I'll look for a catted Helix dp and I can test my product back to back with that product. Also, if you have a Helix catted DP I'd be willing to work with you, to get you a DP for testing purposes. I can get metal substrate 200 cell and even 100 cell (special order) cats.

bump for you. That's the first time I'd seen that downpipe, and I REALLY like some of the things I see on it.

Nice long dump tube going back in after the major bends, flex section, and slip fitting for nice mate-up. I really like it.

Thank you for the kind words, and I've spent alot of time researching this DP idea, including looking at info from Corky Bell and others about pipe length, size, etc of the IWG tube before I settled on a particular setup for my DP. When I set out to build this DP I wanted a number of things: Divorced IWG tube, large flex section, thick flanges, multiple oxygen sensor bungs and modularity and adjustabilty so that the DP could mate up to other catback designs other than the factory unit and cats, or cutout sections could be swapped in or out depending on the need of the owner. So far all of the cars that have run my products have seen some whp gains, but they have all noticed a big jump in wtq.
