Default Blouch Dom I 372whp/360wtq

Well I got dyno tuned at No Limit by Dave and was very pleased with the results. She put down 372whp/360wtq. Car was tuned on 93 oct @ 21 lbs. Car deff had more in her, but was trying to be easy on the glass 5-speed and stock pistons. After the engine build/6speed this winter well see what this turbo can really do.

Mods:
Perrin FMIC
Blouch Dom I turbo
DW 850cc inj.
FP
Samco Turbo inlet
Perrin Big MAF
Invidia DP
HKS Hi Power exhaust
Tial 38mm EWG setup/Grimmspeed UP
etc. etc

Added some pics by Melinkvision as well.

The car looks awesome that low on the dyno with the straps holding it down. Your car would look bada$$ if it actually sat like that.

is it just me or does the powerband look kinda short? maybe this is normal for that big of a turbo with a stock motor. and yes im a noob to the subie scene.

Just for my own information, can you tell me why you opted for the Dominator 1.0 instead of the 3.0R?

Sure, i hate cookie cutter cars, everyone seems to opt for 20g/30r/etc, and i wanted to be different. after talking to mike @ blouch{who is a wealth of info btw} this turbo seemed good for my goals, as i wasnt out to change the world, but this turbo packs a serious punch and is good for a 11 sec pass. but mostly bc i like being different

So you have the GimmSpeed EWG up pipe setup? What bracket selection did you happen to choose?

I think what his is asking is are you using a bracket to block IWG or is it welded. Correct me if I am wrong.

Yes GrimmSpeed sells a bracket to actually keep the IWG door shut, instead of having to weld it shut. I wasn't sure if you had a bracket to keep it shut, and if you did i was curious on which one. Sorry for not being clear on the first time around.

i bought the FP green bracket being the turbos are very similar, but similar is it-not the same. the bracket is a little off. i f*cked w/ it but to no avail and had my welder just weld it shut as i was never going to go IWG again anyway

Gotcha. Yeah, I've been wanting to run this turbo for awhile now with the GrimmSpeed EWG. So is your DOM I, just the standard? None of the upgrades/options they offer selected before you purchased it?
