Default OEM 06 STI springs compatible with 06 WRX strut

As the title says, I just installed a set of Prodrive springs on my 06 STI, and I now have a set of STI springs with 5000 miles on them that I would like to sell. But I would like to know if they will work with a set of OEM 06 WRX struts. My brother has a new 06, and I may give him these as a present on fathers day.. he just had a new baby.

I did not know if the springs on the inverted strut on the STI are compatible with the WRX struts

They are compatible (fit wise) with any 04+ Impreza. The spring rates are very similar to the USDM 'STi Pinks' for the 04+ WRX so the ride will be some bit firmer than stock - but shouldn't keep the baby awake
