Question Question about Amsoil filters

Wanted to know if they come pre-oiled. It looks and smells like it, but I wanted to be sure before I use it. Bought it for my wife's car and don't want to break anything.

Oh, also. You may want to use a towel to squeeze/soak some of the oil out of the filter. The filter that I received was over saturated with oil...
